Pinecone Care

Our Pendants are made to be something you treasure for years to come but you must care for it as you would any beautiful piece of art. Because of the nature of pinecones in general when exposed to high temperatures they open up and release their seeds. This means that in general, it is best to avoid subjecting the pendants to temperatures above 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Like for example, leaving your pinecone hanging from your rear-view mirror. Also, it is best to avoid swimming and bathing while wearing your Pendant as well since this can affect the epoxy over time.  Other than that, our Pinecones are skillfully crafted and made to withstand all the beautiful places that you may take them!

Also, since we use such a vast array of different gemstones some of them may react differently with the epoxy coating. Certain stones are less porous than others so as a result sometimes the epoxy may not stick to the stone as it should. This is normal but not to be expected. If you do ever have any issues with your Pendant feel free to reach out to us on our Contact Us page! We are more than happy to work with you to make sure you are always 100% satisfied with your purchase!
